Violation of Probation

As a former probation officer for the Department of Corrections, Mr. Camareno has been able to intimately know the process and procedure a person has to go through before being violated. Mr. Camareno attended the basic training all probation officers are required to attend. His training included scores of hours on the Department of Corrections rules and procedure and the various case laws surrounding violations of probations as well.

As a former State and Federal Prosecutor he has litigated hundreds of violation of probation hearings. Now, as a defense attorney he has taken his experience as a former probation officer and prosecutor to aggressively defend his clients.

On many occasions, he is able to prevent a person on probation from being arrested on a violation of probation
